Wine soaked 12 month aged Farmer


Our Farmer style cheese has become a celebrated cheese among Club members. As Upper Bench's only semi-firm cheese, the Farmer lends itself well to aging and the addition of different flavors and spices. We let the rind develop naturally for this cheese, and for this particular batch, we soaked it in red wine.  Our cheesemakers styled this delicious cheese after a Manchego. Fruity, nutty & tangy our version is made with 100% cows milk.
